The Wellness Center of St. Anthony Shrine will host Dana Farber Cancer Institute' mobile mammography van. The mammography van serves all women, regardless of ability to pay. If you have insurance Dana-Farber will bill the insurance. If you do not have health insurance, you will not be turned away. Pre-registration is required.

The 3rd Annual New York Polish Film Festival
May 9 - 13, 2007
The Festival's goal is to present and promote contemporary Polish cinema, to show retrospectives of the best achievements of Polish filmmaking, and works by students of the famous film schools in Poland.
The third edition of the festival will present the best new works by young and well-known directors, Polish cinema classics, short films made by aspiring film students, as well as documentaries and animation shorts.

PAHA Annual Conference

The Polish American Historical Association will hold its Annual Conference in conjunction with the American Historical Association in Washington, D.C., January 3-6, 2008. The PAHA Program Committee welcomes proposals from both PAHA members and non-members for complete sessions and individual papers. The Committee welcomes proposals on all historical periods and from a variety of scholarly perspectives and disciplines.
